Sing It Out!!!

Does Music or Performing in any way something that you long to do with complete freedom, but fills you with fear when others are watching or listening? This workshop will be teaching us how to use a combination of singing and processwork psychology tools to transform the barriers which block us from true expression, discover our authentic selves and explore your inner critic through exercise and play. This workshop is for anyone who loves to sing and develop themselves. Open to all ages and backgrounds.
